Senior Accounts Executive | Asset Management | Petaling Jaya Full Time

Company overview

We are partnering with a Asset Management Group who is a pioneer in its field with significant presence globally. Armed with exciting plans to expand their business, they are looking for a dynamic Finance professional to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

The new role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead 2 subordinates and be involved in maintaining full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, account payable, managing daily cashflow, cash collection as well as assisting the year-end financial audit and tax, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also interact with the Accounting team on month-end related matters and be exposed to financial reporting, the payables and receivables function. You will also liaise with marketing boss as well as handle operator in each building.

Requirements to succeed

You are an Accounting, Finance or Business graduate with 2-3 years of working experience. Experience in hospitality is preferable. Sound knowledge in SQL as well as Cloudbeds operation system will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be result oriented, adaptable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaborate well with your team members with great communication skills.
