Senior System Admin (L2) | MNC | Automotive Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator (L2) who will be responsible for managing servers, virtual systems, cloud platforms, and company IT tools, ensuring systems run smoothly through regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting, particularly in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, backend systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Administer VMware, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage identity management, endpoint security, and system monitoring tools.
• Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and plan hardware and system replacements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide higher-level IT support.
• Work with external vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain system stability.
• Ensure IT systems remain secure, reliable, and up to date.
• Support basic networking and firewall-related issues when needed.

Job Requirements

• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge with at least L2 support experience.
• Good knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Okta, ManageEngine, and endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of networking and firewalls.
• Able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage systems independently.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage but not compulsory.
