Company Overview

Our client is an established multinational company specializing in power tools, outdoor power equipment, accessories, and related solutions. They develop and supply innovative products for professional, industrial, and consumer applications, serving customers across various markets globally.

As part of their growing team, the company is seeking a skilled supply chain planner to drive forecasting excellence and optimize inventory. You will forecast demand, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams, and lead S&OP cycles to align supply with business plans. The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain or production planning with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities. You will also monitor inventory, manage obsolescence, and define SKU stock targets across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain or production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other functions to identify demand drivers.
• Build baseline, promotions and new product forecasts and lead the S&OP cycle with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias with root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and manage slow moving inventory and obsolescence and report to management team and HQ on time.
• Execute daily replenishment plan based on the sales plan.
• Efficiently manage the phase-out process for products reaching end of lifecycle to minimize costs of unsold inventory.
• Define stock targets per SKU at each point of sale to achieve optimal inventory.
• Work with HQ Operations teams & develop plans for improvement to achieve inventory goals and reduce obsolescence.
• Lead comprehensive reviews with local and head quarter for process improvement.
