The new role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will handle the end-to-end process for internal hiring, including understanding requirements for the roles in charged, managing job ads and other sourcing channels, performing HR screenings etc. You will also be involved in managing stakeholders, including HRBPs and the hiring managers. There are also opportunities for regional exposure within the Group.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma or equivalent, have at least 2-5 years of relevant experience preferably with experience recruiting for IT related roles. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with excellent communication and client relationship skills, outspoken, self-motivated, and proactive.
