Marketing Executive (contract) | Engineering | Petaling Jaya (Fresh graduates are welcome!) Part Time

Company overview

Our client is a leading multinational group. As a dynamic and expanding business, they are looking to bring on board a Marketing Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

The new role

• Analyze survey response data to understand and improve service delivery accordingly.
• Create materials for customer excellence and the Common Cores, and perform regular introduction training.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure that all employees are aware of their customer-related responsibilities and real day-to-day delivery.
• Be a role model for customer centric behaviour by connecting with customers on a frequent basis and advocating client input to improve service levels and retain our market position.
• Work closely with multiple business lines to support the development of the company’s marketing communications strategy.
• Work with the sales team to plan and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibition and promotional events.
• Organize your media communications (e.g. newsletters, magazines, sales material, internet web sites, intranet etc.)
• Create innovative marketing initiatives that have an influence on a wider audience (customers, consultants and architects).
• Assist with customer-persuasion messaging at the branch level.
• Organize public relations efforts.
• Oversee the organization’s entire marketing communication function, which includes brand management, external and internal communications, digital material such as websites and social media channels, product promotion, and public relations.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
• Design and develop printed and electronic sales tools (Product leaflet, Product Sales Presentation) for customer communications.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

Requirements to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing. Experience in corporate would be added advantage.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of corporate marketing, social media engagement, customer service experience. Fresh grad with encourage to apply.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate on people engagement.
• Articulate and good influential skills.
• Sensitive and able to persuade and motivate people of different cultures & background.
• Creative, entrepreneurial, and resourceful
• Strong in excel for monthly reporting and SAP would be added advantage
