Group Finance Manager | International Medical group | PJ Freelance

· Responsible for quarterly Group consolidation report and perform analytical review on result for the quarterly board papers.

· Ensure timely and accurate financial and commentaries reporting from regional subsidiaries.

· Prepare consolidated cash balance for the Group.

· Prepare and monitor the consolidated indebtedness for the Group.

· Prepare monthly Group accounts.

· Provide detailed analytical review on monthly performance against budget and probable action plan for Management’s consideration.

· Liaison with the finance counterparts in the various countries.

· Liaison with financial institution/external parties (tax and auditors).

· Ensure Financial Statements of the Group are prepared in compliance with statutory accounting standards / IFRS.

Perform any ad hoc task given by superior as and when required.
