· Check intercompany balances monthly
· To check on account payables & procurement.
· Assist in preparation of consolidation.
· Submission of tax documents yearly
· Check monthly account of group of companies
· Deals with external parties (i.e auditors and tax agents)
· Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties or tasks as assigned by the Management
· Prepare monthly account
· Assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the financial activities of the organization
· Ensure all documentation is complete without error (AR, AP, Monthly closing)
· Monthly Closing – make sure all document completes from time to time
· Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the Finance department
· Assist in the review of reports, analyze projections of sales and income
