Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and financial reports. Monitor expenditures and analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs.
Implement and enforce cost control procedures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct detailed cost and Sales forecasting to predict future project costs and sales based on current data and trends.
Regularly update forecasts to reflect changes in project scope, timelines, and market conditions. Prepare regular project status reports, including financial performance, progress updates and risk assessments.
Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Review and analyze contracts and purchase orders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders.
Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Assist in the preparation of project schedules and resource plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including financial documentation, project plans, and performance metrics.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and supervise all aspects of project billing, ensure alignment with project contracts and accounting standards.
Communicate to multiple budget owners regarding current cost status and opportunities/ threats based on the current scope of their respective budgets.
Capture the Project cost and revenue correctly in each projects.
Any other ad hoc projects and reporting as required by the management.
