Company overview

Our client is an established Hong Kong listed company that is a strong player in the metal trading industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board an Accounts Payable Executive to join their team in Shah Alam.

Job description

• Handle AP transaction
• AP reconciliation
• Liaise with suppliers for trade and non trade invoices
• Process supplier payment
• Suppliers advance monitoring and monthly schedule
• Handling monthly report of transport fleet maintenance
• Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Required language(s): Mandarin (preference), English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication skills and positive learning attitude
