We are working with a well-known Conglomerate Group that is a leading pioneer in its field. As part of business growth and rapid expansion, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Finance Team.
The new role
Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be involved in financial and management reporting, month-end closing, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Bursa reporting and managing the year-end financial audit. You will be responsible for the preparation of the annual plan, cashflow reporting and variance analysis. The Assistant Manager will drive group-wide improvement initiatives and lead finance-related projects to improve productivity and compliance. You will also be exposed to ad-hoc finance projects from time to time.
Requirements to succeed
You are an Accounting graduate with 3-4 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience in consolidation will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be adaptable, meticulous, committed and able to work independently as well as collaborate well with your team members.
