Senior Systems Analyst | International Logistics Group | Selangor Full Time

The new role

Reporting to the Format Factory Manager, you will contribute as a key stakeholder to the Bank Communication project aiming to deploy Kyriba as a unique strategic tool. In addition to this project, you will become a Kyriba expert aiming to support the business by performing assessment of existing contracts and business requirement for the implementation of new bank communication platform and to handle any system evolutions and maintenance. You are required to advise and follow-up the amendment of the bank contracts for the bank communication aspects as well as assess the existing payment processes. These activities will require a high level of coordination with different stakeholders or actors internally from IT team, treasury team and externally from banks. You will also be responsible for the Kyriba system setup maintenance in accordance with business requirement.

Requirements to succeed

You should hold a degree in related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience acquired in IT and/or Finance transformation projects as well as knowledge of Banking and Treasury Management Systems and Bank Communication tool. Experience in payment format standards and Bank Communication tool design, setup and maintenance are highly preferred. Demonstrated design business requirements with Business stakeholders following a defined methodology will be an added advantage. In this role, you are expected to deliver excellent communication & stakeholder management skills to coordinate with Banks and other third parties.
