Accounts Payable Executive | Telecommunication | Selangor Full Time

Company overview

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Telecommunication Group in their Finance team. As they are currently going through an expansion phase, they are looking to bring on board an AP Executive.

The new role

Reporting to the Manager, your role encompasses all finance processes, internal controls and acting as the system owner for all AP accounting systems. Assisting your manager, you will coordinate business units to ensure all timely daily transactions is carried out and maintain strong compliance with applicable accounting standards. Liaise with all approved payables to maintain good relationship and ensure all invoices are paid within credit terms. You will also participate in the development of process improvement as well as uphold modernization of finance skillsets.

Requirements to succeed

You are a Finance and Accounting graduate with 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields. You must be proficient in Korean language at native or high level to work with the Korean counterparts. Experience in SAP or Oracle systems will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be proactive, eager to learn, reliable with strong work ethic, dynamic, adaptable, motivated, and able to multitask with strong organizational skills.
