Review individual management reports submitted by accounts team (JV companies) and prepare monthly Group’s intercompanies transactions (i.e. reconciliations, intercompanies balances) with detailed analysis
Prepare variance analysis on both financial and operation KPI, against forecast / budget, identify key red flags and finalize it with good commentaries on factors contributing to such variances and action plan to close the gap
Assist in expense management function to ensure continuous monitoring & tracking on the expense incurred with the plan & identify area for costs saving Statutory Reporting
Responsible for the coordination and engagements with auditors and tax agents for statutory audit & tax related matters
Responsible for transfer pricing scope of works Board Matters
To review board materials for JV companies JV Companies Shareholders Reporting
Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports for shareholders and address queries raised or adhoc request by the shareholders
Prepare of financial information for bankers / JV partners / any other parties as requested and approved by Group CFO
Assist with preparation of technical accounting memos with reference to relevant prescribed accounting guidelines and ensuring the accounting for all Group entities is kept up to date, accurate and maintained in good standing
