Business Development Full Time

Company overview

We are partnering with a MNC company, subsidiary of Oji Group Japan.

New Role :

· Understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers

· Generating sales revenue through new and existing customers.

· Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening.

· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

· Resolves customer complaints and other matters.

· Keep abreast of new products and their benefits to customers

· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

· Responsible for collection of payments from customers

· Provide timely feedback to manager regarding customers feedback.

· Work proactively with other team members

· Weekly and monthly reporting, attend meetings and training

· Other duties as assigned

Requirement to be succeed :

· Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent or min 3 years working experience

· Experience in Paper Printing or Corporate sales is an added advantage

· Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology

· Strong communication skills in both written and verbal

· Strong work ethic with high level of professionalism and integrity.

· Pleasant personality, self-motivated and team work

· Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal customer

· Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customer.

· Leadership and independent in teamwork to accomplish routine task

· Being cooperative

· Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency and ownership

· Possess own transport
