Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term business relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct close follow-ups with customers to successfully close sales deals.
• Deliver support and after-sales service, including: Resolving problems and providing advice/consultancy, addressing inquiries, complaints, and orders, conducting regular visits to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist and follow up on payment collections.
• Prepare action plans to effectively search for new and prospective customers.
• Conduct impactful presentations, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate pricing with customers.
• Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve annual business goals.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive growth.
• Perform site visits and office visits as needed.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Sales-driven and customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including outstation trips as required.
