Job Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare, organize, and review materials for meetings, presentations, and reports to ensure the GM is well-prepared for all engagements.
-Attend internal meetings, record accurate minutes, and monitor action items for timely follow-up and completion.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-Maintain well-structured digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
-Monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and provide support with HR-related administrative tasks.
-Track deadlines, approvals, and project progress to support effective decision-making by the GM.
-Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
-Provide ad hoc professional support to the GM as required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
-Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
-Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust.
-Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
